Every swap on the pool pays the fee at the fee hook, inside the swap. The fee splits three ways at fixed rates: the reserve leg is held in ETH and raises backing per token, the distribution leg buys HOOK on the pool and credits stakers each epoch, and the burn leg buys HOOK and retires it. Sells pay a higher total than buys.
